Since its establishment in 2018, Emily has been dedicated to manufacturing premium perfume bottles. Over the past six years, the company has grown significantly and now occupies an area of over 50,000 square meters, including 27,000 square meters of production workshops. With two state-of-the-art fully electric glass melting furnaces and 14 production lines, our annual production capacity reaches 150 million glass bottles. We are equipped with advanced glass bottle production machinery, including 11 sets of 8S bottle-making machines. These machines are ideal for small-batch, multivariety simultaneous production and are specifically designed for producing thickwalled glass bottles. The bottles are formed using the small-mouth pressure blowing process, making them suitable for various styles and weights. We have 2 sets of 6-group single-drop machines and 1 set of a 6-group double-drop machine, which are ideal for the intelligent, large-scale production of perfume glass bottles. We have 2 sets of automatic pressing machines, suitable for producing pressed products such as perfume glass caps. All production lines are equipped with variable material intelligent equipment, enhancing production flexibility and accommodating a wider weight range. This enables full coverage of perfume glass bottles ranging from 50g to 450g. We have fully equipped post-processing workshops, including glass polishing, glass coating, glass vacuum coating, glass printing, laser decal, and glass bottle cap assembly workshops. These comprehensive production capabilities allow us to manage the entire process, from bottle body manufacturing to various surface treatments, providing customers with complete supply chain services. Additionally, we have established long-term and stable partnerships with leading manufacturers of perfume bottle caps, perfume nozzles, and colorful packaging boxes. Together, we deliver seamless, one-stop perfume packaging solutions for our customers. In terms of quality control, we have physical and chemical laboratories to ensure the reliability of our products through rigorous testing.
